Step 1:  Purchase any condom from the SKYN® range from any Australian retailer between 28/01/2024 and 26/05/2024

Step 2:  Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Step 3:  Email us at anzcustomerenquiries@lifestyles.com with your name, PayPal username, email and phone number and let us know why you weren’t happy with your purchase.

Claims permitted:

Only one (1) eligible claim per person.  An eligible claim means a refund of the purchase price for one box of SKYN® condoms.

The proof of purchase must clearly show the products purchased and the date within the purchase period.

Any claims made outside of the claim period will be invalid.

A refund of the purchase price will be made via PayPal within 28 days.

1. Your personal information, including name and contact information will be collected by SxWell Australia Pty Ltd and its affiliate entities collectively known as the Lifestyles Group for the purposes of processing the refund via PayPal.  If you do not provide the personal information requested, we may be unable to process the refund.
2. Personal information will be stored on servers located in Australia.    Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy Policy for the Lifestyles Group found at: https://skyncondoms.com.au/privacy-policy/
